This Privacy Policy describes how Pantheon Technology ("we", "us" or "our") collects, uses, discloses and protects information in connection with the mobile application Our 3 Words (the "App"). By using the App you consent to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

We only collect the information necessary to provide account functionality and basic app features. This includes:

  • Email address and user identifier created during account registration.
  • Authentication tokens and basic device/app instance identifiers required for security and sign-in.
  • Optional profile fields or other information you voluntarily provide within the App.
  • Crash reports and diagnostic data, if you have enabled crash reporting (via Firebase Crashlytics).

2. How We Use Information

We use collected information only for the following purposes:

  • Creating, authenticating, and managing user accounts for the App.
  • Storing and retrieving account-related data required for the App's functionality.
  • Improving and maintaining App performance and security, including abuse prevention.
  • Responding to user support requests and managing user preferences.

3. Data Storage & Processing

All user data is stored and processed using Google Firebase, a cloud service provided by Google LLC. Firebase acts as a data processor and handles storage, authentication, and optional analytics/crash reporting services on our behalf. 4. Data Sharing & Third Parties

Pantheon Technology does not sell, rent, or trade personal data to third parties. Personal information is accessible only to:

  • The developer (Pantheon Technology) for maintenance and support purposes.
  • Google Firebase, which processes data on our behalf under its own security and privacy practices.

5. Data Retention

We retain account data only as long as necessary to provide the App and for legitimate business purposes. If you request account deletion, we will remove your account data from our systems and from Firebase in accordance with applicable law and Firebase policies.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights including access to your data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, and restriction of or objection to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the information below.

7. Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

8. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission or electronic storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our practices or applicable law changes. We will post the revised policy with an updated "Effective date". Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
